About Northside

Northside Baptist Church has been at the heart of the Crows Nest community for over 110 years. Over that time it has planted churches across Sydney, played a leading role in the Baptist Union and has been a symbol of hope through the Great Depression, both World Wars and a changing society.

In 2008 Northside Baptist started a new chapter in its life when a group from St Paul's Hammersmith and Holy Trinity Brompton in London came to re-energise its mission and presence in the community. A new evening service was formed and has strengthened the existing church and given it a fresh impetus to extend outreach into the community.

All of our services hope to glorify God as we become a unified and transforming community for North Sydney and beyond.
