Kids at Northside

The growing kids ministries at Northside Baptist Church is an exciting and vital part of the life of our church community. We love and value our kids and desire that they grow up knowing the love of God and the excitement of being part of His family.

We also want our kids at Northside to get a sense of living a missional life. This is done by encouraging them to think about how they can work towards social justice and to take ownership of reaching out to their peers.

We run the following kids programs every week at the Northside PM service:

Sparks (0-3 yrs) - Our babies and toddlers group is fun and safe environment for little ones to play and learn about God through stories and music

Salt-shakers (4-6 yrs) - For preschoolers to grade 1, this group enjoys learning from the bible through creative craft and play

Lighthouse (7-9 yrs) - Our mid-upper primary aged group helps kids learn from the bible in fun, challenging and interesting ways

Ignite (10+yrs) - Our emerging youth enjoy hanging out together and getting stuck into learning the bible through guided discussion and discovering what it means to fire up for Jesus in all aspects of their lives.
